These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at thorntoncapitallending.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Thornton Capital Lending LLC, a California limited liability company (“Thornton Capital Lending,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Thornton Capital Lending offers loans for business and investment purposes only. Our loans are secured by non-owner-occupied residential real property and are not available for personal, family, or household use. By submitting a loan inquiry, you represent that the loan requested is for business purposes and that the subject property is not, and will not be, your primary residence.
Thornton Capital Lending places capital exclusively on real property located within the State of California. We do not originate, offer, or fund loans secured by property located in any other state, and nothing on this Site should be construed as an offer to do so.
Information provided on this Site, including through any inquiry or deal-submission form, is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes a commitment to lend, a pre-approval, or an offer of credit. All potential loans are subject to Thornton Capital Lending’s underwriting, due diligence, and final approval, and no loan is binding on either party until definitive loan documents have been negotiated, executed, and delivered by all parties.

RC Thornton (DRE License #01266660) and Oliver Thornton (DRE License #01969227) are licensed California real estate agents and brokers, operating through Hollywood Estates. Thornton Capital Lending LLC is not currently a licensed lender under the California Financing Law and does not hold an NMLS registration. Capital placements described on this Site are structured pursuant to applicable exemptions under California and federal securities and lending law, as described in the offering documents provided to prospective investors. Nothing on this Site should be construed as a representation that Thornton Capital Lending holds any license to make loans to the public.
